Culture.

Culture eats strategy for breakfast.
Peter Drucker

Businesses succeed when we have the right mix of talented people doing great things.
Hiring the right people is just the beginning however. No matter how great your business strategy is, your plan will fail without a company culture that encourages people to implement it.
The culture of your business is how everyone shows up every day. It’s how they behave, not what is written down or what we say it is. For your culture to support your strategy we need to be deliberate about the behaviour we are modelling and that we expect from others. Our people need to feel invested in that culture so much that they feel it is theirs, and that they are accountable to the people they work with and their customers.
Working with us
The Culture GamePlan is bespoke to you but a great place to start could be booking Steve to deliver the Liberated Leadership talk and making space for the Identifying your core values and key behaviours workshop.
Where we go next depends on you and your needs. The GamePlan approach is a mix of talks, workshops and implementing hand-in-hand with you and your people. One of the most significant impacts on any culture is the behaviour modelled by its leaders so we may agree on a Leadership team analysis and developing skills in leaders in dramatically increasing the Psychological Safety of your team. We may also work on the AIR Model for people management.
Adapting to you
To create a mutually beneficial relationship in your teams between those creating change and those responding to change we can work on Setting powerful goals (part 1) and Setting powerful goals (part 2).
Depending on where your people are at we may also consider focussing on The stress formula and how to beat it. and Ask a better question
